About Beyond
Beyond is a fast-growing remote mortgage brokerage. Every day we bring in around 15 new refinance leads across the business, and we need experienced brokers to turn them into settled loans.
Where the leads come from
Leads come from our Meta ads. An AI assistant calls each one first, and they agree to a callback about their home loan. Most are refinances, but you’ll also find purchases, equity releases and investors.
What to expect
These are leads, not ready-made deals. Every lead has spoken with us and agreed to a callback. You make the call. Many leads take several attempts to reach, so persistence is the job. Some of our best deals answered on the tenth call.
For your first 60 to 90 days, you run every step yourself: calling, discovery, options, documents and lodgement. Plan on busy days. Prove yourself, and you get your own setter and a team around you. Build it, and there’s more on the table.
Pay
$180K–$250K OTE. You get 50% of the upfront commission on every loan you settle, paid to your ABN. Trail stays with Beyond.
This is a commission-only role. No salary, no retainer, no base. You get out what you put in. Full-time and all in is preferred, but part-time works if you’re serious. If you need a guaranteed wage, this isn’t for you. Please don’t apply.

Start with a 30-day trial. You don’t need to switch aggregators. You work our leads, our head broker lodges, and you still earn your 50% on every deal you bring through. If you decide to stay, you move to Purple Circle, and once you’re accredited, Beyond adds you to our professional indemnity policy.
Costs
You cover your own costs to move aggregators and your MFAA or FBAA membership. Beyond pays your monthly Purple Circle fees. No hidden admin or platform fees.
How we work
Join our 9am daily stand-up on Zoom. All calls run through our CRM and dialler.
You’ll need
At least 2 years as an accredited broker writing loans, a current licence.
