Nestled in the beautiful Sunshine Coast hinterland, we are a thriving paediatric multidisciplinary centre providing tailored support tolocal families – while genuinely enjoying the process.

We are proud to be:

  • Alongside speech pathology, our team includes occupational therapy, physiotherapy and a visiting counsellor – because we love a truly wholistic functional approach.

What your day might look like:

  • Celebrate a child's first word like it's a grand final win
  • Run a multidisciplinary, play-based session on the floor surrounded by Lego, Pop-up Pirate or a tub of shaving foam
  • Test run an obstacle course in our sensory gym fit for a Ninja Warrior
  • Head out to a kindy or school visit and watch as your client moves up a reading level
  • Collaborate with our other Speechie, OT or Physio teammates over coffee and "regulation snacks"
  • Finish your notes within work hours (yes, seriously!)

Why you will love working with us:

  • Above award salary and extras that recognise your experience
  • Various work options – full-time, part-time or contractor
  • Genuinely flexible hours and work arrangements – structure your week your way
  • Sustainable caseload size (low KPI’s) – plenty of client‑free time, with a guru admin team and system supports that free you up to do what you love
  • Multidisciplinary assessment and therapy opportunities
  • A well-stocked resource room in a beautiful, modern, purpose-built clinic
  • A diverse and dynamic caseload, with the ability to specialise in your area of interest
  • Regular team enrichment, connection and development, mentoring and supervision, as well as a generous PD budget
