Beyond Rest Prahran is a floatation, Hocatt & Red Light Therapy centre expanding into more cutting-edge wellness offerings. We've been in the wellness game for over 13 years and were the first float brand in Australia.

Our centre serves professionals, athletes, artists and anyone ready to destress, reset, or optimise their wellbeing.

The Role:

Your job is to make people feel safe, seen and supported – while confidently guiding them into memberships, packs and services that help them long-term. You'll:

• Wrap clients in red light therapy

• Assist with pre/post body measurements

• Guide them into the Hocatt ozone chamber

• Keep everything spotless

• Educate clients on the value of ongoing sessions

• Track performance against clear KPIs

You’ll also coordinate staff shifts and work closely with management to keep the centre buzzing.

Hours

Casual: 15–30 hours/week
Days needed: Tuesday–Sunday, including evenings (shifts max 8 hours)

Weekday Rate: $33.05

Weekend Rate: $34.37

Award: Level 2 Fitness Industry Award.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong sales skills – ability to guide, not push

• Fast-paced but calm – we call it "Zen hustle"

• Detail-focused – you'll love keeping things clean and tidy

• Can work independently and juggle tasks with ease

• Clear communicator who can educate clients

• Comfortable hitting sales KPIs

• Australian work authorisation required at time of application

We'll Train You On:

• Body contouring & how to measure results

• Wellness sales choreography

• Float pod maintenance and water chemistry (yep, we'll teach you)

• Red light & Hocatt tech use

Experience You'll Likely Have:

• 7+ years customer service

• 3+ years sales in a goal-driven environment

• Ideally from health/wellness, fitness, beauty or spa

• Confident with EFTPOS, CRMs, socials

• Strong personal organisation and reliability

The listed experience requirements are mostly required, with some flexibility for exceptional candidates who demonstrate strong alignment with our values and core competencies.
