Senior Revit Mechanical Modeller

Beymann is a young, fast-moving BIM company specialising in data centres, hospitals, and infrastructure projects. We help architects, engineers, contractors and facility managers deliver better buildings, working closely with our clients to build long-term partnerships through great work.
The role
- Build and update detailed 3D models and documentation
- Sort out clashes and keep models aligned with BIM execution plans
- Work with engineers, architects and other modellers, including coordination meetings
- Turn design changes and markups into accurate models
- Mentor our junior modellers and help us keep raising our standards
What you bring
- Strong Revit MEP skills and experience with detailed 3D models and construction documentation
- Solid knowledge of mechanical services (HVAC, ventilation, piping) in BIM workflows
- Experience with BIM standards, clash detection and multi-discipline coordination
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, specs and markups and model them accurately
- Great communication, an eye for detail, and the knack of juggling multiple projects
- Experience guiding juniors (or keen to!)
- A qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Drafting or similar. Equivalent experience counts too
Bonus points
- Previous BIM-focused experience
- Familiarity with Australian building standards and codes
