Bexley Dental is expanding and seeking a senior Dental Assistant to join a dynamic, supportive team in a leading-edge practice renowned for expertise in All-On-4 and implant dentistry. This is a full-time position offering flexible hours to suit your lifestyle and career goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Chairside assisting across a broad range of general and complex dental procedures including dental implants and A04 procedures.
- Preparing treatment rooms and supporting clinicians across a high-volume, fast-paced practice.
- Sterilisation duties and infection control.
- Unpacking stock.
- Delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.
- Supporting smooth day-to-day operations.
- Working collaboratively within a large, professional team.
About you:
- At least 2 years of Dental Assistant experience is required.
- Confident all-rounder across chairside assisting and sterilisation.
- Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume clinical environment.
- Strong understanding of infection control standards.
- Reliable, adaptable and team-focused.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Reliability and punctuality, with a strong work ethic and consistent attendance.
- Must be available Monday to Friday.
