The Role
Working in Springwood, you'll support NDIS participants aged 6–65 years across a varied community caseload, including:
- Neurological conditions
- Spinal cord injuries
- Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy, Motor Neuron Disease
This is a community-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces.
You will:
- Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans
- Build long-term relationships and see real progress
- Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team
Our Graduate Program
We believe graduates thrive with visible, structured and consistent support. You will receive:
- A graduate-specific induction week (NDIS, community practice & life at Better Rehab)
- 1:1 discipline-specific supervision
- 6 months of structured induction, training and upskilling
- A flexible $2,500 CPD allowance per year
- Laptop, phone and fully resourced therapy kits
Flexibility & Rewards

Qualifications
What You'll Need
- Physiotherapy qualification (graduating in 2026 or January 2027)
- Passion for supporting people with disability
- Driver's licence and own vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
