Joining our amazing team in Canterbury, you’ll work alongside a small, close-knit and social team that enjoys regular team lunches, monthly social outings and a highly collaborative approach across caseloads. We work across both the NDIS and Support at Home programs, providing clinicians with a broad and varied caseload. This allows you to develop your skills across a range of areas, including activities of daily living (ADLs), capacity building, assistive technology (AT), equipment prescription, and home modifications.
You’ll have the opportunity to work with clients with diverse needs and develop practical, client-centred skills across different stages of their support journey. Day-to-day you will:
- Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach.
- Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
- Innovate and Collaborate: Whether you're dealing with complex cases, exploring new treatment approaches, or facing professional challenges, you'll have a whole multidisciplinary team in your corner.
What makes us Better? For starters, we’re clinician-led at every level, all the way to the top, so we know what it’s like being in the trenches of care. We’ve built the kind of workplace we always wished existed. Where we don't just say we trust our clinicians – we show it.
