Better Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Hobart office. You will help older adults stay safe and independent at home under the Stay at Home funding model, with opportunities to work with assistive technology, equipment prescription and home modifications while delivering person-centred, evidence-based care.
You will conduct functional assessments, coordinate referrals with families and providers, and document needs.
