This proved to be exactly what the community needed, as Better Rehab has grown into a leading National Allied Health provider. We are looking for a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity to strengthen and develop your clinical expertise by providing both assessments and therapeutic interventions to a variety of people between the ages of 0 and 65+ years old, who present with neurological disorders and other types of disabilities. In collaboration with your supportive multidisciplinary team, you will be working with participants and their families and caregivers, many of whom have NDIS funding, both in the community setting and in our clinic spaces.
A typical Speech Pathologist’s day may involve:
- Providing assessments and therapeutic interventions
- Working with participants aged 0 - 9 and aged care 65+
Qualifications What we are Looking For:
- You are driven, autonomous and passionate about pursuing your life and career goals
- You are comfortable working in a high-growth business
- You approach your work with flexibility and are highly adaptable
- You are a people person and want to be a part of something bigger
- You have relevant tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and 1+ years’ post-qualification experience (3+ years post qualification for Senior Positions)
- You have your own car and a valid drivers’ licence
- You can provide evidence of: Speech Pathology Australia Registration, Police Check, Working with Children Check
