Bethanie Home Care is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our Home Care Team, based at our Support Services Office in West Perth. This casual role provides leave coverage from December through mid-February, with shifts from 8am–4pm and 9am–5pm.
You will deliver excellent customer service in a high-volume environment, handle inbound enquiries, liaise with internal staff, and perform administrative tasks.
