We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our Bethanie Home Care Team, based at our Support Services Office in West Perth.
This role is offered on a casual basis to provide leave coverage across the team from December to mid-February. Shifts from Monday to Friday from 8am - 4pm and/or 9am - 5pm will be available.
About You
You're proud of delivering fantastic customer service and have previous experience within a high volume call centre or customer service environment. You will also bring:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and data entry skills
- Proficiency with MS Office products, and / or client management systems
- An excellent phone manner.
- Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations
- Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to apply for one)
The Role
- Handle all inbound Home Care related customer and employee service enquiries
- Support and liaise with internal employees and departments
- Complete various administrative tasks as required
