bestchance Child Family Care in Officer (Victoria) seeks an experienced Allied Health Leader to oversee the Children's Therapy and Family Supports program. You will guide paediatric therapy teams delivering clinic and community services under the NDIS, driving growth, quality, and compliance.
You will coach up to 12 staff, manage daily operations, strengthen partnerships with families, schools and community services, and support tendering and service development.
