The Role
Best & Less has an opportunity for a Casual Team Member to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Palmerston store.
This role is perfect for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual who is available to work flexible casual hours during the day throughout the week, including late night Friday and weekends.
As an integral member of the Palmerston 'Bestie' team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together!

- Creating a passionate and unique shopping experience for our customers,
- Together with your team create the 'Bestie' culture in store. Bringing it to life through an environment of fun and team work.
- Drive for results, exceeding sales and profit for the store.
- Ensuring the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished.
- Creative VM presentation of the store from door to floor.

This role is active and hands-on, with Besties spending most of their shift on their feet, assisting customers, restocking shelves, and keeping the store looking its best.
