Key Responsibilities

Support cost planning and feasibility studies across commercial fitout projects.

Prepare cost estimates and contribute to effective cost management services.

Assist with financier reporting and develop an understanding of project financial performance.

Contribute to the preparation of accurate bills of quantities.

Support contract administration activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Work alongside senior team members to support project delivery and client requirements.

Develop strong project and stakeholder management skills through exposure to live commercial fitout work.
Skills & Experience

A degree in Quantity Surveying, or currently completing a relevant qualification.

Some exposure to quantity surveying, cost planning, commercial fitout or the building and construction industry.

Experience with CostX is advantageous.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a project team.

Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to estimates, reports and project documentation.

A proactive attitude and genuine interest in building a long‑term career within the commercial fitout sector.
