A long-established Brisbane Architecture studio is seeking a keen and experienced Architectural Technician to join their growing team!
In this role, you will be responsible for producing and managing technical documentation for their strong pipeline of residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and overseeing technical documentation for local projects
Producing high-quality working drawings and technical specs
Working closely with project teams and clients to ensure design outcomes
Produce accurate and detailed documentation
Skills & Experience
Relevant tertiary qualifications in architecture, architectural technology (or a related field)
Minimum 2 years experience
Proficiency in ArchiCAD and a strong understanding of CAD workflows
In-depth knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards, and construction methodologies
Excellent communication and leadership skills to support a small team
A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry advancements
