Malcolm Thompson Pumps is seeking an experienced service professional to lead our service team in Seven Hills, NSW. You'll oversee quoting, scheduling, quality and safety, working with the Branch Manager to drive continuous improvement.
You'll manage pump servicing delivery, build a high-performing team, develop KPI reporting, and maintain strong supplier and customer relationships, while upholding our safety commitments.
