The Role:
- Working closely with the leadership team, you will manage a portfolio of business clients while developing your advisory and client management skills.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of SME clients across a range of industries
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns
- Providing tax compliance and business advisory services
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Assisting clients with business performance, tax planning and general accounting matters
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where required
- Working closely with Partners and Managers on more complex client matters
About You
- Experience in a public practice accounting firm
- CA or CPA qualified, or working towards completion
- Strong technical knowledge across tax and business services
- Confident communicating with clients and building lasting relationships
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage your own workflow
- Keen to progress into a Manager role and explore future equity opportunities
