About the Role
- Manage a portfolio of SME clients with turnovers of up to $10 million across a diverse range of industries.
- This Client Manager position focuses on tax compliance, business services and advisory, with responsibility for maintaining strong client relationships and supporting the development of junior team members.
- Review and prepare financial statements, tax returns and BAS.
- Provide tax planning, business structuring and advisory services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify opportunities to improve clients' tax positions and business outcomes.
- Review work completed by junior accountants and provide guidance and support.
- Assist with workflow management and ensure deadlines are met.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor of Commerce or similar qualification.
- CA/CPA qualified or near completion.
- Solid experience in public practice across tax and business services.
- Strong technical knowledge of tax compliance, legislation and business structuring.
- Experience managing client relationships and reviewing accounting work.
- Confident communicator with a proactive, client-focused approach.
