Bennett + Bennett is seeking expressions of interest from motivated Surveyors and Senior Surveyors who are looking to be part of some of Australia’s most significant major infrastructure and construction projects. With opportunities available across a range of large-scale projects, we offer both FIFO and DIDO roster options, providing flexibility while working alongside highly experienced project teams.

With FIFO and DIDO roster options available, most commonly 2:1 and 7:7 rosters, these opportunities are designed to provide both rewarding project work and an excellent work-life balance. Working alongside experienced project teams, you will support the Site Team Leader either in your own capacity or as part of a back-to-back arrangement, contributing to the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects.

Your role and Impact:

• Establish and maintain project survey control networks.
• Deliver construction set-out and verification surveys.
• Manage survey data workflows and quality assurance processes.
• Prepare and review as-constructed and conformance deliverables.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, and construction teams.
• Mentor and support junior surveyors and field crews.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of survey systems, processes, and project delivery.

What You Bring:

• Expertise: Proven experience as an Engineering Surveyor on major civil, rail, transport, or infrastructure projects.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with 12d Model and 12d Field. Sound understanding of survey control, construction set-out, and as-constructed workflows.
• Qualifications: Relevant qualification in Surveying, Spatial Science or equivalent.
• Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with construction and engineering teams.
• Delivery: Ability to manage survey deliverables in a fast-paced construction environment.
