You will provide trusted industrial relations advice to leaders and managers, navigating legislation, awards and enterprise agreements with clarity and integrity.
Reporting to the Manager People & Culture, you will help shape policies, support dispute resolution, and lead negotiations, while delivering coaching to managers on employment
