The Opportunity:
We're looking for someone who gets people, gets retail, and gets results - a Concession Manager ready to level up the MYER Karrinyup experience.
Permanent Part Time 31.5 hours per week | Wednesday - Friday: 9am - 5:30pm | Saturday: 9am - 5pm
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Becoming BRA-FIT certified to provide expert fitting guidance.
- Representing Bendon's vision - helping all women feel confident and comfortable for life.
- Managing key operational functions, including loss prevention, stock processing, and exceeding KPIs.
- Implementing Bendon's Visual Merchandising standards within the MYER PAD.
- Analyzing sales data, reporting, and rosters to optimize store performance.
- Partnering with the Regional Manager to drive initiatives at a store, regional, and company level.
