The Opportunity:
We're looking for someone who gets people, gets retail, and gets results - a Concession Manager ready to level up the MYER Northland experience.
Permanent Part Time 32 hours per week | Tuesday: 9:30am - 5pm | Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday: 10am - 5pm | Friday: 10am - 4pm
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Becoming BRA-FIT certified to provide expert fitting guidance
- Representing Bendon's vision - helping all women feel confident and comfortable for life
- Managing key operational functions, including loss prevention, stock processing, and exceeding KPIs
- Implementing Bendon's Visual Merchandising standards within the MYER PAD
- Analyzing sales data, reporting, and rosters to optimize store performance
- Partnering with the Regional Manager to drive initiatives at a store, regional, and company level
