  • Maintain accurate financial records, spreadsheets and internal databases.
  • Support vehicle and stock administration, including documentation, record management and deal processing.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal departments to resolve enquiries.
  • Prepare accounts receivable statements and undertake general accounts administration.
  • Provide support with payroll administration.
  • Assist with month-end processes.
  • Ensure administrative processes are completed accurately and within deadlines.

About You

Ideally, you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in an Administration Officer, Accounts Administrator, Accounts Payable Officer or similar role.
  • Practical, hands-on accounts payable experience, including invoice processing and reconciliations.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel and accounting or business management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with different departments.
  • Ability to prioritise competing tasks in a busy environment.
  • A positive attitude, reliability and willingness to support the wider team.
  • Previous automotive or dealership experience would be highly regarded, but is not essential.

What We Offer

  • A very attractive remuneration package, negotiable based on your experience, skills and qualifications.
  • Modern, newly established premises with a comfortable and professional working environment.
  • A quiet upstairs office, ideal for someone who enjoys a focused and organised workspace.
  • The opportunity to work within a small, friendly and supportive team of just two people.
  • A stable position within an established and growing automotive dealership group.
