Bendigo Health is seeking an Experience and Engagement Manager to lead consumer, carer and family partnerships to improve healthcare experiences and outcomes across service planning, design and governance. This fixed-term, full-time role focuses on embedding consumer-centred care and driving continuous improvements in engagement and experience.
The role also provides strategic oversight of NSQHS Standard 2: Partnering with Consumers and aligns with relevant legislation and best practice.
