Bendigo Community Health Services Limited is seeking a compassionate Community Health Nurse for our Medical Practice in Bendigo. You'll provide high-quality clinical nursing services, support health assessments and chronic disease management, and help run vaccination clinics and health promotion initiatives.
The role is 0.8 FTE (60.8 hours per fortnight) on a fixed-term basis for 12 months, working within our Primary Health Team to improve community health outcomes.
