Role Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimise automated milling and processing systems.
- Monitor operations, adjust machine settings, and troubleshoot automated processes.
- Conduct product testing, maintain detailed records, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform equipment maintenance and manage machine-related issues.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of work areas, with a focus on automation systems.
- Operate forklifts and assist in warehouse tasks when needed.
Key Requirements
- Experience with automated systems or willingness to learn new technologies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and technologies.
- Availability for rotating shifts (Morning, Afternoon, and Night Shifts).
- Participation in a 2-day paid work trial.
- A current forklift licence is required for regular warehouse operations.
- Physical fitness to lift up to 25kg and stand for extended periods.
- Successful candidates must pass a pre-employment medical assessment.
- Basic computer literacy for operating automated machinery and maintaining digital records
