Belmar Painting Group is seeking a hands-on senior leader split between site and office to oversee industrial coatings projects across Sydney and the Illawarra. You will lead crews on site while supporting the delivery side from the office.
The role requires 10–20 years in industrial painting, NACE/AMPP CIP Level 2 or 3, and a proven track record supervising crews and running projects. Travel, weekend work and occasional night shifts are expected.
