Join the team at Bellview Motel Narrabri as our new Motel Manager. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the motel's operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Based in Narrabri, NSW, this position plays a crucial part in the motel's success and allows you to put your hospitality expertise into practice.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the motel, including reception (Guestpoint POS), housekeeping, and maintenance (General, Pool & Yard)
- Oversee staffing (Housekeepers), training, and performance management to build a high-performing team
- Manage budgets and inventory control (Linen outsourced)
- Foster positive relationships with guests, suppliers, and the local community
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the motel and the Bellview Motel Narrabri brand
What we're looking for
- Pervious experience in a management role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Strong financial management and budgeting abilities
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance, and best practices
