Duties include
- Schedule and carry out quality open house viewings
- Co-ordinate and complete in-going reports
- Process tenancy applications
- Assist with tenancy selection
- Provide reporting and communication on progress
- Prepare leasing documentation
- Assist Property Managers in day to day duties
Attributes/qualifications for the role
- Certificate of registration or Real Estate Licence (essential)
- Experience in a similar role (essential)
- Experience with Property Me, Agent Box, Inspect Realestate an advantage
- Excellent communication and organisational skills required
- Positive can do attitude
- Ability to work to timelines and adhere to policies and procedures.
