Belle Property Cairns is seeking a Holiday Accommodation Operations Manager to oversee a busy portfolio of premium holiday homes across Cairns, Palm Cove and the Northern Beaches. You'll coordinate cleaners, maintenance, and owner updates while staying calm under pressure and keeping a fast pace.
You will build strong relationships with owners, manage weekend operations on a Thursday–Monday roster, and lead a small team with support from experienced leaders.
