We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Property Manager with at least 1 year of experience to manage a well-maintained portfolio and enjoy real career growth.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year experience in property management

Energetic, motivated, and passionate about real estate

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to build strong relationships with owners and renters

Current driver's licence + required real estate certification
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a well-kept property portfolio

Conduct routine, entry & exit inspections

Coordinate maintenance and repairs

Handle rental arrears and tenancy enquiries

Attend Saturday opens (Friday in lieu provided)
