Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Greet and assist clients and visitors to the office
- Coordinate general office maintenance and supplies
- Undertake a variety of general administrative and office support tasks
- Maintain and update office and client databases
- Prepare marketing materials and collateral for open homes and auctions
