Bella Spazio Medispa is an award-winning boutique Medispa located in the heart of Orange. We’re known for our warm, professional service, high standards, and our amazing team culture. Our people are passionate, fun, and dedicated to delivering excellence in everything we do. We’re growing and we’re looking for a confident, friendly and well-organised Receptionist to join our front-of-house team and support our talented Therapists.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome every client with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Manage bookings, phone calls and client enquiries
- Coordinate the day-to-day flow of the clinic and support the team
- Handle stock control, client feedback and online store fulfilment
- Assist with marketing and social media activities
- Help create a calm, polished and uplifting Medispa environment
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in reception, customer service or clinic coordination
- Excellent communication, organisation and multitasking skills
