About the role: As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and focused Business Support Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer and order support: Answer phone and email enquiries from pharmacies, process and enter orders accurately, and keep customers updated on order status, backorders and deliveries.
• Sales administration: Prepare quotes, invoices and credit notes. Maintain customer accounts and pricing in MYOB and help the sales team with follow-ups and records.
• Accounts support: Process supplier invoices, reconcile statements, follow up overdue customer accounts, and help with month-end reporting.
• Inventory and dispatch coordination: Liaise with the warehouse on stock levels, incoming shipments and dispatch schedules, and help with stocktakes and purchase order tracking.
• Data and reporting: Keep customer, product and supplier data up to date across our systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in administration, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or life sciences sector.
• Intermediate knowledge and experience with accounting tasks, preferably using MYOB.
• Intermediate knowledge and experience using Microsoft applications (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to think analytically, manage multiple roles simultaneously and follow up on actionable tasks.
• A friendly demeanour towards clients and colleagues, with the ability to work as an integral part of a tight-knit team.
