An opportunity has now arisen for a Procurement Support Administrator to provide support to the engineering teams by creating, processing & tracking of Purchase Order.
About the Opportunity
Key responsibilities include the following:
- Provide administrative support to Engineering stores with creating, processing & tracking of Purchase Orders.
- Review & process Purchase Requisitions to Purchase Orders ensuring all data is entered in the SAP system.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure pricing is correct & confirm delivery of service orders.
- Prepare & input all invoices in the system & keep track of all procurement records & actions.
- Effectively liaise internally & externally with key stakeholders.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications highly desirable.
- Sound administration skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong MS Office including Excel, SAP highly advantageous.
- Sound communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and individually.
