Belgravia Leisure's Active Merri-bek invites an experienced Head of Facilities to oversee aquatic operations, asset management, safety, and compliance across six venues, delivering safe, well-maintained spaces for the community. This senior role reports to the Area Manager and develops teams, drives continuous improvement, and ensures performance through audits, risk management, and proactive maintenance.
