Belgravia Leisure for NSW Great Lakes Aquatic and Leisure Centre – Forster is looking for an Assistant Venue Manager to lead the aquatic operations, swim school and health club, and to support the Centre Leadership Team in delivering guest-focused outcomes.
You will manage the 58 casual staff across all facility functions, coordinate events and coach a cross-functional team to maintain high standards while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
