The Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced management team who are highly customer-focused, commercially minded, and passionate about guest and local community engagement. Relief Managers must have a commercial mindset, be flexible, and love working with guests and our existing onsite staff. The grounds work is physically demanding as you are responsible for all aspects of the park, including the cleaning of amenities. You must have your own van or setup. There may be a possibility to leave your van onsite during your working period, rather than remove it every fortnight.

- Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to fit within established guidelines
- Lead and supervise small teams

A strong Australian-based support office and local management teams support our park managers and relief managers in all areas of WHS, holiday park legislation, IT, and HR so our on-site teams can focus on delighting guests.
