We're on the lookout for energetic, suitably qualified, motivated people to join an exciting start up at Victoria Health Club. Multiple casual positions available. Work in a state-of-the-art high performance facility.
The Site: Victoria Health Club is a new state of the art facility located in St. Kilda, creating a place of results and belonging for anyone that steps in the doors. The facilities and services include high performance gymnasium, personal training, exercise physiology, hydrotherapy pool, plunge pool, recovery pool, recovery equipment and learn to swim lessons.
The Role: Victoria Health Club is looking for energetic, confident and motivated people to join our Swim School team. Our Infant Swim Teachers deliver swimming lessons to a wide variety of ages and abilities. Successful applicants will be effective communicators who demonstrate a strong attention to detail. You will possess strong time management and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision. Relevant industry qualifications are essential.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Energetic, innovative and decisive teaching style
- Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends and must be empathetic to the needs of the classes
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable part of the team
- Qualifications:
- Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
- Working with Vulnerable People & National Police Check
- Current Swim Teaching Certificate
- Infant Swim Teaching Certificate - Desirable
