The Role: Genesis is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Group Exercise Instructors to work with a great team. If you think you are a star performer packing classes with your passion and skill, then Genesis Fitness is for you.
Our instructors must be qualified in their chosen field such as:
- Freestyle Trained
Skills & Attributes:
- A demonstrated commitment to customer service and well developed communication skills
- Cert III in Fitness, Fitness Leaders Course, Exercise to Music Module or Group Exercise Leader Les Mills (GEL)
- Willingness to complete Freestyle Instructor course if required
- Working with Children's Check
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- Infection Control Training certificate (COVID-19)
- Prepared to participate in in-house training
- Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or relevant body preferred
- Agree to undergo police check as part of the employment process
- Driven to success with friendly can do attitude
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential
- Previous industry experience is highly regarded!
