Belgravia Leisure is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead the team across multiple seasonal pools in Indigo Shire, including Beechworth. You will oversee guest experience, staff scheduling, health compliance and daily operations, ensuring excellent service and safe, enjoyable facilities.
The role requires a seasoned manager with a passion for people leadership, able to drive performance and coach staff to meet high standards during the November 2026 to March 2027 season.
