The Company

Earthscape Technologies is an innovative Australian business delivering practical construction, engineering and manufacturing solutions across a range of industries. Its capabilities include mobile roll forming, long-span structural cladding and specialist systems for feedlots and agricultural projects, with a focus on creating simpler, safer and more cost-effective outcomes.

The Opportunity

Earthscape Technologies is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the day-to-day delivery of construction activities across regional and remote project sites. Working on a 3 weeks on / 1 week off roster, you will coordinate specialist trades, maintain site productivity and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, to specification and within agreed timeframes and budgets. This is a practical, hands-on position for someone who can take ownership of site performance, solve problems quickly and build productive relationships with subcontractors, customers and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee daily construction activities in line with drawings, specifications, schedules and quality standards
  • Coordinate concrete, structural steel, electrical and earthworks contractors
  • Monitor progress, resolve site constraints and implement practical solutions to keep projects moving
  • Manage labour, equipment, materials and trade sequencing to minimise downtime and unnecessary costs
  • Lead site safety, including inductions, pre-starts, SWMS, risk assessments, permits and compliance requirements
  • Monitor workmanship, subcontractor performance, productivity and site-level costs
  • Identify scope changes, variations and emerging commercial issues
  • Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, inspection documentation and project communications
  • Build positive relationships with rural and agricultural customers while minimising disruption to their operations

About You

This role will suit a capable construction supervisor with strong trade coordination, safety leadership and commercial awareness. You will be comfortable working independently in regional and remote environments and taking a practical approach to project delivery.

We would like to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:

  • A current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (Open Class) or QBCC Builder Licence (Open Class)
  • Experience supervising multi-trade construction projects involving concrete, structural steel, electrical and earthworks
  • The ability to interpret engineering drawings, construction specifications and relevant Australian Standards
  • Sound knowledge of WHS legislation, risk management and site compliance
  • Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Commercial awareness across labour utilisation, subcontractor performance, costs and project variations
  • A current White Card and driver licence
  • Willingness to travel and work a 3 weeks on / 1 week off FIFO or DIDO roster
  • Experience delivering projects in regional, remote or agricultural environments will be highly regarded.

Why This Role

This is an opportunity to join an innovative Australian business and take ownership of varied construction projects across regional and rural Australia. Earthscape is at an exciting stage of its growth, and this is an ideal time to join the team in this key leadership role.
