About the role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in delivering the outstanding service we're known for.
Working closely with customers, warehouse staff, suppliers and the branch team, you'll help ensure customers receive the products, information and support they need to keep their businesses running.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Assisting customers over the phone, by email and at the trade counter

Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently

Providing product information and support to customers

Building strong relationships with regular trade customers

Coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries

Resolving customer enquiries and finding practical solutions

Supporting the wider branch team with customer and sales-related activities

Maintaining accurate customer and order records
No two days are the same, and you'll enjoy a variety of customer interactions while becoming part of a highly respected industry.
About you
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
You'll be successful in this role if you have:

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, administration or a similar customer-focused role

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Good attention to detail and organisational skills

Confidence using computer systems and learning new technology

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

A team-focused approach and strong work ethic
Experience in wholesale, trade services, industrial products, construction supplies, electrical, plumbing, HVAC or refrigeration industries would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
