- Manage a territory across Melbournes Eastern and Outer Eastern suburbs, including Ringwood, Lilydale, Box Hill, Doncaster, Blackburn, and Ferntree Gully.
- Drive store-level sales growth across Grocery and Pharmacy stores.
- Increase product distribution and improve shelf positioning.
- Manage in-store merchandising and achieve agreed sales targets.
- Previous sales merchandising experience within FMCG, Pharmacy, or Grocery.
- Strong customer service, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable using retail execution software and tablets.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reside within or near the assigned territory.
- Hold a valid drivers licence and have access to a reliable vehicle.
