Bega Valley Shire Council is seeking a proactive Property and Legal Coordinator to coordinate Council-owned land and property management, including leasing, licensing and land transactions, while providing specialist advice on property-related legal matters.
You will supervise the Property and Legal Officer, ensure compliance with legislative requirements, prepare reports, and liaise with government agencies, solicitors and stakeholders on land and property matters.
