Bega Group is seeking a Manufacturing Team Leader for our Smithfield site in Western Sydney. You will lead safe, efficient manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement, and foster accountability and engagement across the production environment.
The role reports to the Manufacturing Manager and operates on an afternoon shift from 2:00pm to 10:00pm, Monday to Friday. We manufacture over 60 fruit juice, fruit drink and water ice products, with annual production around 110 million litres.
