As Team Manager - Distribution, you will lead our distribution operations team to deliver outstanding customer service safely, efficiently and on time. You will play a key role in driving operational performance while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate must be available to work a permanent night shift roster: Monday to Friday | 12:00am (Midnight) to 8:00am.
Responsibilities:
- Empowering the team through coaching, guidance, and regular feedback
- Coordinating daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth, reliable delivery
- Promoting a safe, inclusive, and supportive workplace
- Building strong relationships to improve processes and customer outcomes
- Monitoring performance and supporting continuous improvement
