Bega Group seeks a Process Improvement Lead to partner with manufacturing teams across Milk, Milk-based beverages and Yoghurt operations. You will identify opportunities, deliver projects and build continuous improvement capability across sites, using data-driven insights and structured problem-solving to improve safety, quality, service, cost and productivity.
This hands-on role travels across Regional VIC and Western Sydney and may be based in Port Melbourne, Penrith or Wetherill Park.
