Social Media Video Producer (Videographer & Editor)

Do you love creating videos that people actually want to watch?
We're looking for a creative Videographer & Editor to join our team and help produce engaging content across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
This isn't corporate video production. You'll be capturing real people, interesting projects and behind-the-scenes moments, then turning them into polished, entertaining content.
If you're constantly thinking about camera angles, transitions, pacing, storytelling and what makes a great thumbnail or Reel, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Planning and filming engaging video content.
- Editing long-form YouTube videos.
- Creating Shorts, Reels and TikToks.
- Colour grading and audio cleanup.
- Working with our team to develop creative ideas.
- Capturing behind-the-scenes footage and day-to-day content.
- Managing media files and project organisation.
- Occasionally photographing products, projects and the workshop.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate their ability through previous work.

- YouTube videos
- Instagram Reels
- TikToks
- Commercial work
- Personal projects
- Freelance work
We would like to see what you've created.
Essential Skills
- Strong video editing skills.
- Good understanding of storytelling and pacing.
- Confident using Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
- Basic colour grading.
- Good audio editing.
- Able to work independently and creatively.
- Strong organisational skills.

- Thumbnail creation
