We're currently undertaking one of the most exciting periods of growth and transformation in Beerenberg's history. With significant investment in our digital capability and direct-to-consumer channel, we're searching for a passionate and commercially minded Digital & E-commerce Manager to help shape the future of our digital journey.

As a key member of our Marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to lead a major online store transformation, drive ecommerce growth, manage agency and partner relationships, and help create exceptional customer experiences from the first click to the final delivery.

• Logistics Manager: Managing our third-party logistics partner to ensure orders are dispatched accurately and delivered on time.
• Agency Relationship Go-To: Ensuring our digital partners remain aligned, accountable and focused on delivering meaningful business outcomes.
• Data Insights Uncoverer: Using reporting, dashboards and data insights to identify growth opportunities and optimise performance across every stage of the customer journey.
• Project Leadership Powerhouse: Translating strategy into action, balancing competing priorities and keeping projects moving forward.
• Future Builder: Developing the systems, processes and capabilities needed to support Beerenberg's future growth ambitions.

You’ll be the right person for this role if you:

• Are a proven ecommerce operator, with experience growing online sales, improving customer experiences and turning opportunities into measurable results.
• Know Shopify like the back of your hand and understand what separates a good online store from a truly exceptional one.
• Are a project management pro, confidently leading complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, suppliers and competing priorities.
• Have a solid understanding of customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, retention strategies and customer journey optimisation.
• Know how to get the best from external partners, building strong relationships with agencies and suppliers while keeping them accountable for delivering results.
• Are commercially minded and data-driven, with the ability to transform numbers, insights and trends into meaningful actions.
• Understand the importance of seamless fulfilment, with experience working alongside outsourced logistics or 3PL partners.
• Thrive during periods of growth and change, seeing transformation as an opportunity rather than a challenge.
• Click with people naturally, building trusted relationships across teams, departments and external partners through clear and authentic communication.
• Are organised, proactive and solutions-focused, able to juggle priorities while keeping projects moving forward.
• Bring a can-do attitude and plenty of curiosity, always looking for opportunities to improve, innovate and grow.
